Ngā Tapuwae o Iarau is an impact report of our first year in business, gently tracing the quiet strides we have taken. Born from the belief that true change flows from within. Iarau like the veins of a leaf, is part of a living and breathing ecosystem. Quietly renewing and connecting every part back to its source, restoring balance, "te ia o te rau".
Our first year in business has shown us that impact is not measured solely in numbers, but in connection, the strength of relationships, and the warmth we feel in the hearts and homes of those we meet. This is something that you will not see in this report, but instead in the spark that ignites in every one of us when we step into a tīpuna whare, awa, ngahere, moana or pā. From boardrooms to the paepae, we have walked alongside whānau, hapū, and iwi to help them breathe life into their aspirations.
